Being an entrepreneur is not the same as being a leader

Shifting from the role of an entrepreneur to leading others is about shifting from doing everything yourself to motivating and inspiring others. It also requires a great deal of introspection to find the perfect way to take on the role, not to mention learning to communicate in a way that others understand. ​

Developing and maintaining the culture you want

Culture isn't just about remembering where you started and having cool office parties. It should embody the values you believe in. Especially for those who join later, it is what makes you attractive as an employer, the kind the best people want to commit to. It is also compass for decision making, allowing self-determination and autonomy that is incredibly efficient. 
Just like icebergs, most of your culture is under the surface. If you don't consciously build and maintain it, it will become a collection of habits and a confusing mix of values and practices. Creating a psychologically safe environment that supports trust, creativity, and wellbeing can be the secret sauce in building a sustainably awesome company. ​
